About Qada

Qada applies, for example, to days of Ramadan missed because of illness or travel, and to prayers missed through sleep or forgetfulness. The reasons that excuse a delay and the way to make it up are discussed in detail in fiqh. When the obligation is performed at its proper time it is called ada.
