About Salah

Salah is the second pillar of Islam, after the declaration of faith. The five prayers are Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, each made of units called rak'ahs that include standing, bowing and prostration. It is preceded by wudu and begins with the takbir.
