About Tawaf

Tawaf begins at the Black Stone and goes anticlockwise, keeping the Kaaba on the left. It is a part of both hajj and umrah, and there is also a voluntary tawaf that anyone may do at the Sacred Mosque. The pilgrim remembers God and makes supplication during the circuits.
